If your partner tends to “unleash an onslaught of f*ckery” he might just be a f*ck boy. Actress, comedian, and f*ck boy expert; Amanda Seales, offers her audience, her highly intellectual yet comedic perspective on her weekly podcast Small Doses.

Not only will Seales teach you how to navigate the murky waters of “the hoe phase” (without getting pregnant), she also dives into the concept of staying positive during hard times and not in a cliché “drink more water and meditate” type of way. Seales encourages her audience to think critically about themselves and find answers for those difficult questions we all run away from.

Her content provides a “I really felt that” moment for woman and a “Ooooh I get it now” moment for men – however, the intellectual life concepts wrapped in humor are universally beneficial.

If you know anything about Amanda Seales, you should know she has a high standard for excellence. One of the best parts of the show are her conversations with people who meet that standard. On her “People I like” segment we hear inspiring and hilarious conversations with people like, Issa Rae, Lauren London and more. Her network is also going to expose you to a couple hidden gems of the industry like; Tess Finkle, Prentice Penny, James Bland to name a few.

Have you updated your Vagenda lately? If you haven’t listened to Small Doses, we have a feeling you may have been neglecting your Vagenda altogether. Seales’s ability to blend funny concepts and witty analogies with real-life lessons makes Small Doses one of the most entertaining podcast of 2020 so far. Her content comes from the perspective of a hard-working black woman that has paid her dues to the industry and is now picking the well-deserved fruits of her labor.

With an HBO special, a permanent position on the Emmy award-winning talk show “The Real” and a role on HBO’s hit comedy series, “Insecure”; Amanda Seales is gifting us her plethora of experiences and hilarious perspectives by giving it to us in Small Doses.
